Mission Statement
The Wellington Activity Center's goal is to promote fellowship, fitness and recreational opportunities to the citizens of Wellington and surrounding areas.

The Wellington Economic Development Corporation sought to utilize a vacant building (150’W x 225’L x 22’T) for the benefit of the citizens of Wellington, surrounding communities and schools. The Activity Center houses two full-size indoor basketball/volleyball/tennis courts, six bowling alleys, arcade area, weight room, racquetball court, two indoor batting cages, indoor rubberized floor track, aerobics workout room, two dressing rooms, observation deck, and telescoping bleachers seating 600 patrons. The facility is constructed of concrete masonry walls, ceiling throughout facility, acoustical liner panels in gym, one wood-floor gym & one rubberized-floor gym, fully heated, air-conditioned and ventilated. Automobile parking for 175 vehicles.

Who We Are

The Wellington Activity Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization that started serving the citizens of the area in May of 2001. We rely on memberships, parties, lock-ins, walk-in admission fees, and grants to keep the doors open and to continue providing a fun and safe place for the people of the area to enjoy.
